वर्त्तमान युग में प्रत्येक क्षेत्र में कम्प्यूटर का प्रयोग किया जा रहा है |(In the current area, computers are being used in every field.)
इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मेल (Electronic mail)
इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यम से लिखित सन्देश ईमेल के रूप में क्षणों में किसी भी स्थान पर भेजे जा सकते हैं जिससे समय व धन दोनों की बचत होती है |
(Messages written electronically can be sent in the form of emails to any place in moments, which saves both time and money.)
शिक्षा (Education)
जटिल विषयों को समझने, कठिन गणनाएँ हल करने, प्रजेन्टेशन, सूचनाओं को स्टोर करने, ऑनलाइन शिक्षा देने आदि में कम्प्यूटर का प्रयोग किया जाता है |स्कूल शिक्षा में कम्प्यूटर शिक्षा को अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है | इसलिए आज ब्लैक बोर्ड का स्थान प्रोजेक्टर लेता जा रहे है |
(Computer is used in understanding complex topics, solving difficult calculations, presentations, storing information, giving online education, etc. Computer education has been made compulsory in school education. So today, projectors are being replaced by black boards.)
व्यवसाय तथा ई-कॉमर्स (Business & E-Commerce)
व्यापारिक लेन-देन के रिकॉर्ड रखने के लिए तथा कम्प्यूटर के माध्यम से इन्टरनेट के प्रयोग से विश्व के किसी भी बाजार से व्यापारिक लेन-देन किए जा सकते हैं

चिकित्सा विज्ञान (Medical science)
स्वास्थय जाँच करने के लिए जैसे-सिटी स्केन, अल्ट्रा-सॉउन्ड आदि में कम्प्यूटर का प्रयोग किया जाता है|

यातायात (Transportation)
कम्प्यूटर द्वारा आप घर बैठे ऑनलाइन रेलवे तथा हवाई रिजर्वेशन करवा सकते हैं | तथा टिकट काटने, यातायात को नियंत्रण करने आदि कार्यो में भी कंप्यूटर उपयोग किया जाता है |

मनोरंजन (Entertainment)
मनोरंजन के क्षेत्र में गाने सुनने, फिल्में देखने तथा वीडियो गेम खेलने आदि में कम्प्यूटर का उपयोग कुया जाता है | दूरदशर्न पर चलचित्र प्रसारण में भी उपयोग किया जाता है |
(In the field of entertainment, computers are used for listening to songs, watching movies and playing video games etc. Also used in telecasting on doordarshan.)
प्रशासन (Administration)
कर्मचारियों के कार्य का रिकॉर्ड रखने व उसे मैनेज करने में किया जाता है|न्यायालय में वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेन्सिंग के द्वारा उपस्थिति दर्ज करने में किया जाता है |
(This is done in keeping and managing the record of the work of the employees.Video conferencing is used to record attendance in the court.)
डेस्कटॉप पब्लिशिंग (Desktop publishing)
कम्प्यूटर द्वारा पुस्तकें, बिल, निमंत्रण पत्र और अन्य विभिन्न प्रकार के दस्तावेज व डिजाइन तैयार करके फिर इन्हें किसी भी माध्यम (प्रिन्टर, ऑफसेट, प्रिन्टिंग प्रेस ) द्वारा प्रिंट किया जा सकता है |
(By preparing books, bills, invitation cards and other various types of documents and designs by computer then printing them in any medium (print, offset, printing Press).
नेट बैंकिंग (Net banking)
इन्टरनेट के माध्यम से घर बैठे अपने अकाउंट को मैनेज तथा ऑनलाइन भुगतान कर सकते हैं |
