कम्प्यूटर संरचना Computer architecture

कम्प्यूटर की आन्तरिक संरचना को कार्य के आधार पर चार इकाइयों में विभाजित किया जा सकता है 

(The internal structure of a computer can be divided into four units depending on the function)

 इंटपुट यंत्र ( Input device)

आउटपुट यंत्र (output device)

मेमोरी यूनिट ( memory unit)

प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट (processing unit)

इंटपुट यंत्र ( Input Device)

कम्प्यूटर सिस्टम में डेटा इनपुट करने तथा निर्देश देने के लिए इनपुट यंत्र का उपयोग किया जाता है | इनपुट इकाई के महत्पूर्ण कार्य निन्मलिखित हैं (Input systems are used to input and instruct data in computer systems. Important functions of input unit are as follows -)

इनपुट डेटा के लिए प्रयोग किये जाने वाले मुख्य उपकरण की-बोर्ड, माऊस, स्कैनर, लाइट पेन एवं ऑप्टिकल मार्क आदि हैं | 

The main devices used for input data are keyboard, mouse, scanner, light pen and optical mark etc.

आउटपुट यंत्र (output device)

प्रोसेसिंग का बाद परिणाम आउटपुट को स्थाई  या अस्थाई रूप से देखने के लिए आउटपुट डिवाइस का उपयोग किया जाता है | सामान्यतः आउटपुट यंत्र के रूप में प्रयोग किए जाने वाले मुख्य उपकरणों में मॉनिटर,प्रिन्टर व प्लाटर है | 

(After processing, the output device is used to view the output permanently or temporarily. The main devices commonly used as output devices are monitors, printers and plotters.)

मेमोरी यूनिट ( memory unit)

ये दो प्रकार की होती है | 

These are of two types.

1. प्राथमिक मेमोरी (Primary memory)

2. सैकण्डरी मेमोरी (secondary memory)

1. प्राथमिक मेमोरी (Primary memory (Main Memory)

(A.) RAM (Random Access Memory/ Read-Write Memory)

(B.) ROM (Read-Only-Memory)

2. सैकण्डरी मेमोरीsecondary memory(Storage Devices)

(A.) Hard Disk (Local Disk)

(B.) Optical Disks : CD-R, 

(C.) Zip Drive

(D.) Pen Drive

(E.) Floppy Disk

(F.) Memory Cards

(G.) External Hard Disk

इनपुट यूनिट के माध्यम से इनपुट किए गए डेटा को प्रोसेस करने से पहले, प्रोसेसिंग के दौरान तथा प्रोसेसिंग के बाद स्थाई या अस्थाई रूप से प्राथमिक मेमोरी द्वारा स्टोर रखा जाता है | 

(The data inputted through the input unit is stored permanently or temporarily by the primary memory before processing, during processing and after processing.)

कम्प्यूटर में डेटा फ्लो : इनपुट यूनिट + प्राथमिक मेमोरी +प्रोसेसिंग +आउटपुट तथा सेव करने के बाद सैकण्डरी मेमोरी में स्थाई रूप से स्टोर हो जाता है | 

(Data flow in computer: Input unit + primary memory + processing + output and after saving and stored permanently in secondary memory.)

प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट (Processing unit)

इनपुट इकाई द्वारा इनपुट किए गए डाटा पर सिस्टम में क्रिया से सम्बंधित सभी ऑपरेशन प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट द्वारा किए जाते है जैसे गणितीय व तार्किक क्रियाएँ करना, कम्प्यूटर की अन्य इकाइयों को नियन्त्रित करना | ये क्रिया सेन्ट्रल प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट द्वारा की जाती है | 

(All the operations related to the actions in the system are performed by the processing unit on the data inputted by the input unit, such as performing mathematical and logical operations, controlling other units of the computer. This action is done by the Central Processing Unit.)

सेन्ट्रल प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट (Central processing unit)

कम्प्यूटर में क्रियाएँ प्रोसेसिंग करने तथा इसे नियंत्रण करने से सम्बंधित सभी कार्य मइक्रोप्रोसेसर सीपीयू द्वारा ही किए जाते हैं | सीपीयू को कम्प्यूटर का दिमाग कहा जाता है | यह कई इकाइयों से मिलकर बना होता है जैसे अरिथमैटिक लॉजिकल यूनिट, कण्ट्रोल यूनिट, रजिस्टर काउंटर्स आदि | मुख्य रूप से इसके दो मुख्य अंग अरिथमेरिक लॉजिकल यूनिट तथा कण्ट्रोल यूनिट होते हैं |

(All the work related to processing and controlling the activities in the computer is done by the microprocessor CPU itself. The CPU is called the brain of the computer. It is made up of several units such as Arithmetic Logical Unit, Control Unit, Register Counters etc. Mainly, its two main organs are the Arithmetic Logical Unit and the Control Unit.)

अरिथमेटिक लॉजिकल यूनिट (Arithmetic logical unit)

अरिथमेटिक लॉजिकल यूनिट सेन्ट्रल प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट का वह भाग है, जो कम्प्यूटर में गणनाओ से सम्बंधित ऑपरेशन (अरिथमेटिक लॉजिकल यूनिट) करने में सक्षम होती है | अरिथमेटिक लॉजिक यूनिट द्वारा की गई क्रियाएँ प्राथमिक मेमोरी रैंडम एक्सेस मेमोरी में स्टोर रहती हैं | ऐसे डेटा तथा निर्देश जिनकी प्रोसेसिंग के दौरान अधिक आवश्यक्ता होती है उन्हें रजिस्टर में स्टोर करके रखा जाता है | प्रोसेसिंग के बाद परिणाम मुख्य मेमोरी रैंडम एक्सेस मेमोरी में ट्रांसफर कर दिए जाते हैं जहाँ से आउटपुट के लिए आउटपुट यूनिट के पास भेजे जाते हैं | 

(Arithmetic logical unit is the part of central processing unit, which is capable of performing calculations (arithmetic logical unit) in a computer. The actions performed by the arithmetic logic unit are stored in the primary memory random access memory. Such data and instructions which are more needed during processing are stored in the register. After processing, the results are transferred to the main memory random access memory from where the outputs are sent to the output unit for output.)

सेन्ट्रल यूनिट(Central Unit)

कम्प्यूटर की अन्य यूनिट्स को नियंत्रित करने वाली इकाई कण्ट्रोल यूनिट होती है | मुख्य मेमोरी में स्टोर प्रोग्राम्स के निर्देश कण्ट्रोल यूनिट को प्राप्त होते हैं और कन्ट्रोल यूनिट उसी के अनुसार सिगनल जारी करती है जिससे सिस्टम की अन्य इकाइयाँ उनको एक्जिक्यूट करती हैं | 

(The unit controlling the other units of the computer is the control unit. The instructions of the store programs in the main memory are received by the control unit and the control unit issues the signal accordingly so that other units of the system execute them.)
